I had an extremely informative one hour session with Mr. Saville on my options with the mortage and costs associated. Mr. Saville shared a lot of valuable insight on the market, possible opportunities and pros and cons of each one, helping tremendously with our journey. She helped us understand the basics; find a good deal and manage our finances/mortgage appropriately -- as well as being wonderful to chat to and extremely attentive / on-the-ball when a new rate might be available. Karen at IMAB is honestly one of the most helpful, consistent and hardworking people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She was always on the ball, answered all our questions and always kept us up to date throughout the whole moving and mortgage process. And the rest of the admin team were just top tier for providing answers and keeping us informed with news from mortgage lender.

Without IMAB being our mortgage broker I don't think we could of got through the whole process.

Would highly recommend IMAB and the Team, all of them are very kind and always on hand to help!
