Simple, Transparent Fees — With Our Value Promise
We charge a fee of £249 payable upon application for the arrangement and administration of your mortgage which is payable upon application of your mortgage, and we will also be paid commission by the lender.
You will receive a personalised illustration for the mortgage we recommend. This will tell you about any fees relating to it, and the commission we will be paid.
We charge a fee because we provide dedicated, expert advice. From researching the whole of the market and managing your application, to liaising with lenders and guiding you every step of the way, your mortgage is handled with care, expertise and your best interests at heart.
That said, we believe you should only pay if you’re genuinely happy. If you’re not satisfied with our service, under our Value Promise we’ll refund our fee — simple as that. It’s our way of standing behind the value we deliver and giving you complete confidence in choosing us.
